Rear Shocks Empty Rear Shocks

well i just purchased a pair of Rear Tokico Shocks for my nissan maxima 00 and do not want to pay the labor of 120 so i want to do it on my own just need some help any pointers?

I don't know if you ever got this fixed, but I've changed out shocks/struts on just about every import. Let me know if you still need any help.
